Spencer Road Branch Library, Saint Peters, MO. Project is a new Public Library Facility for St. Charles City-County Library District. Currently under construction, the structure is complete. The exterior veneer is nearing completion. Interior finish work will start shortly after the windows are installed. The General Contractor is Demien Construction. Completion is expected to be in late summer 2011. The library should re-open in late 2011. Artists rendering was produced by Whitesitt-Kargus Studios.
